Nexavenu is looking for an experienced Mulesoft/Salesforce Consultant in Mauritius to join its cutting edge Salesforce Consulting Partner with a mission to deliver impeccable Salesforce implementations in various industries and sectors globally. Reporting to our Head of African region and project management, here's what you'll be involved in day to day:
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
• Understanding and validating integration requirements.
• Contribute to integration delivery estimation and statements of work.
• Provide test support for bug fixes during all stages of the test cycle.
• Design and implement APIs, ESB, ETL based integration solutions.
• Provide specialist advice on integration architecture, design principles, and best practices to colleagues.
• Provide technical direction, specific domain knowledge and advice to peers, working parties and project teams to ensure high-quality, timely and effective outcomes.
• Undertake solution analysis, design, development and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations.
• Develop, review and enhance documentation and code as required using formal SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) tools and documentation standards.
• Take a main role in using the CI/CD approach to develop integrations.
• Collaborate & communicate with stakeholders and the wider integration team including Developers & Solution Architects.
Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Passion for technology and delivering successful outcomes for customers.
• Certified MuleSoft Developer (MCD Level 1).
• Understanding, empathy and responding to the sensitivity of client-side demands.
• Great communication skills and comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Can multi-task and manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously,
• Client facing - to discuss requirements and timings
• Have a hands-on attitude and a proactive, problem-solving spirit
• Culture of accountability & ownership
• The ability to prioritise workload, manage time and schedule tasks whilst remaining resilient to changing priorities
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships at all levels
• Strong experience in design, development and implementation of complex system integrations on the MuleSoft platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud and Data Clouds.
• Demonstrated skills in building system integrations following the API-led connectivity model, event driven architecture and use of messaging brokers such as AnyPoint MQ.
• MuleSoft experience with a strong understanding of Java and related technologies.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs & integration solutions.
• Mature integration methods & patterns including Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), & data web-oriented architectures (REST).
• Understanding of VPN/VPC tunnel - where Mulesoft connects to on-prem services.
• RAML, SOAP, REST, knowledge is a must.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly recommended - to help build, test and deliver outcomes for our client projects.
• Knowledge to other ERPs like SAP, Oracle Netsuite, INFOR, MSSQL will be highly regarded.
• MuleSoft certification will be a nice added advantage for this role.
