We are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant based in Mauritius with strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Salesforce solutions that improve customer service operations and field management processes. You’ll work closely with clients, business users, and technical teams to understand requirements, configure Salesforce to meet business goals, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture business requirements and process improvements.
Configure Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Entitlements.
Implement and optimize Field Service (FSL/FSM) capabilities including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Territories, and the Field Service Mobile app.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware tools.
Design automation flows and business logic using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools.
Support data migration, testing, deployment, and user training.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and/or Field Service.
Deep understanding of customer service operations and field workforce management processes.
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Security, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Field Service Consultant certification preferred.
Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage.
Fluent in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of the EMEA business landscape and cultural nuances.
Nice to Have
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
Exposure to Einstein for Service (AI features) or other advanced automation tools.
Experience working in agile delivery environments.
