Key Responsibilities
- Govern based for best cashflow possible with projects
- Keep projects on time or negotiate to allow customers to achieve utilisation regardless of client’s dependencies that are out of control of Nexavenu or the client. - especially for projects paid in milestones.
- Practice and help fine tune our process with managed service clients, so we proactively get approval, with transparency to maximise hours at those clients, while reducing risks for billing at the end of the month.
- Govern with best proactive risk management
- Have oversight with other Project managers of escalations or progress of projects to have continuity post sales to keep a good client relationship in place.
- Act as an extension to the other Consultants in our team
- 10-20% of the time on a weekly basis to be an advisor to clients to help them maximise their use of Salesforce clouds like Marketing Cloud & CRM, Field Service or AI strategy (over the course of your employment, you will be required to stay up to date with the Salesforce ecosystem - to help achieve best outcomes)
- Leverage your technical savviness to avert risks on some projects, delivery timelines, and key milestones
- Prepare, present and deliver scope of works to clients.
- Participate in the Sales Pipeline and People pipeline planning
- Advise on Sales methodology that de-risks implementations for Nexavenu and set right standards and expectations before and at customer SoW contract sign off
- Salesforce (or other Technology) project delivery tasks such as project scoping, solution design, requirements workshops, requirement analysis, project management – including , governing the end to end outcome of solutions including : guiding, advising, reviewing/vetting/critiquing demos, dry-run, work of the consultants and developers;
- Where applicable, you will have the support of other Solution Architects / Consultants
- Pre-sales activities such as scope discovery, sales communications with customers, scope estimation, and sales handover to project team when required to support this activity to help other sales reps capacity; and
- Reviewing quality assurance on projects to ensure that delivered work is aligned with documented customer business requirements.
- Performance of Hours can be split across days during the week as long the Consultant covers client meetings, internal meetings and urgent work to allow clients work to stay on track to the best of their ability during Australian business hours where and when required.
- All hours performed by Consultant will be captured in timesheets with Nexavenu’s timesheet tool for budget monitoring purposes.
- Budget monitoring and Enforcing budgets to realise good margins per project
- Dashboards are present in our Salesforce environment for :
- Budget for each project, - Target burn, burn to date, hrs sold
- Placeholder to track your revised runway (as a process revise our runway every 10days with your project Squad)
- Accrued hrs for managed service per resource
- Revenue capacity, Billable hrs, Utilisation rate
- Lead other “Delivery managers” / “Project Coordinators” in our team in Mauritius / Africa
- Own the resource capacity planning together with key Heads / Project managers
- Help define potential “new metrics” or process not used by Nexavenu to increase efficiency, utilisation, lower cost to serve
- Over the course of the next 12-18 months - lead our Governance for our practice
- (2-3 Delivery managers / project coordinators in Mauritius or collaborate with Mauritius / Sri Lanka Project Coordinators)
- Occasional after hours work to cover France / UK & Ireland timezone (on those particular days, your hours can shift to be 10-7.30/8pm e.g)
- You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience.
